What is “Micro-Boosting”? And why should I care?
“Micro-boosting” is a term we like to use in place of the longer, less flashy phrase “micronutrient boosting”. Micronutrients are your vitamins and minerals, essential nutrients that help the body develop and grow, performing all of the more complex processes to keep your body in top form. They help stave off disease and deficiencies.
